It is a machine that uses one blade to make a reciprocating linear motion to cut the plate relative to the other blade. By moving the upper blade and the fixed lower blade, a reasonable blade gap is used to apply shearing force to metal plates of various thicknesses to break and separate the plates according to the required size.
